When the tower years end, families move out to the Home Counties, the country or the coast — or arrive in the Wharf from elsewhere. A full household move, handled end to end by one coordinator.

Tower logistics
Moving in a district of towers is a logistics problem before it is a removals one. This is the part most firms improvise — and the part we plan to the letter.
Towers move goods on dedicated service lifts, booked in advance and often padded on the day. We reserve the slot with the building and plan the load to fit the window.
Vehicle access on the estate is controlled and time-limited. We arrange bay access with the estate office and stage the move so the van is never where it should not be.
Each development has its own rules — protection of communal areas, permitted hours, sign-in. We know them, and we work to them without fuss.
The Wharf is built for the DLR and the Elizabeth line, not the Luton van. We plan routing and staging around restricted roads and red routes so nothing stalls.
A move to a high floor is a different job from a ground-floor terrace. We size the crew and the kit to the carry, and protect the lift lobby and corridors throughout.
Where a building only permits moves outside office hours, we work to it — evenings and weekends are routine here, not an exception.
The point of scoping a move to the brief is simple: you should never be sold a service you do not need, nor left short of one you do. A studio in South Quay and a two-floor office relocation want very different things from us — and both should feel the move was run as a project, not improvised on the day.
So we start with a survey, agree the brief and any capabilities that apply, and commit it to a written quotation. From there a single coordinator carries it through — across the estate or across a border — and nothing is added later that was not first agreed with you.
