A move in the Wharf should not become a second job. Our relocation desk takes the brief and runs it — the logistics, the liaison, the timing — and reports back to you, not the other way round.

Moving in a district of towers is a logistics problem before it is a removals one. This is the part most firms improvise — and the part we plan to the letter.
Towers move goods on dedicated service lifts, booked in advance and often padded on the day. We reserve the slot with the building and plan the load to fit the window.
Vehicle access on the estate is controlled and time-limited. We arrange bay access with the estate office and stage the move so the van is never where it should not be.
Each development has its own rules — protection of communal areas, permitted hours, sign-in. We know them, and we work to them without fuss.
The Wharf is built for the Jubilee line, the DLR and the Elizabeth line, not the Luton van. We plan routing and staging around private estate roads, restricted kerbs and red routes so nothing stalls.
A move to a high floor is a different job from a ground-floor terrace. We size the crew and the kit to the carry, and protect the lift lobby and corridors throughout.
Where a building only permits moves outside office hours, we work to it — evenings and weekends are routine here, not an exception.

Canary Wharf is not one kind of building. A move off the estate, a flat on Marsh Wall and a terrace in Cubitt Town all start in E14, and each needs a different plan for access, parking and the carry. This is the island as our crews know it.

Access Estate roads are private and run by the estate management, not the council. Vehicles go through security, and goods move through the underground service areas, so the bay and the lift are booked with the building, never improvised at the kerb.
Marsh Wall · Millharbour · Limeharbour · South Quay
The densest run of residential towers on the island, many of them recent, nearly all with concierge desks and building-managed loading bays.
Access Marsh Wall is a public road and busy all day, with very little kerb to stop on. We work through each tower’s own bay and its move-in rules, which differ from one building to the next.
Westferry Road · Arnhem Place · Millwall Dock · the riverside wharves
Converted riverside warehouses, low-rise Docklands-era housing and older council blocks along the western side of the island.
Access Residential streets here sit under Tower Hamlets permit parking. Where a van needs to stand on the street, we apply to the council to suspend the bay rather than hoping for a gap.
Manchester Road · Saunders Ness Road · Pier Street · Glengarnock Avenue
Victorian terraces and houses near Island Gardens, alongside riverside flats looking across to Greenwich.
Access A front door rather than a service lift, but narrower streets and permit bays. Manchester Road is the island’s eastern spine and the obvious place to stage the vehicle.
Preston’s Road · Poplar High Street · Narrow Street · Limehouse Basin
Blackwall’s newer towers, Poplar’s post-war estates and the warehouse flats around Limehouse Basin.
Access These sit on the island’s busiest approaches: the A13, Aspen Way and the Limehouse Link. The Blue Bridge on Preston’s Road still lifts for ships entering the dock, so we keep the alternative route in hand.
